Gelicity Gel Spa Foot Soak Review*

Gelicity Gel Spa Foot Soak Review

It's a bit naughty of me, but I really don't give my feet a lot of attention. My toenails are rarely painted, I always forget to moisturise them and I'm forever coating them in fake tan and the trotting around all day in heels. And then I wonder why they aren't looking so great.

As the weather is getting colder, the tops of my feet are either exposed to the cold air in my stilettos or wrapped underneath socks and shoved inside some boots, and neither of these can be very good for them!

So, it's about time that I gave my feet a little treat, in the form of a home foot spa.

I got my hands on a really unique gel foot soak kit by Gelicity. The Gelicity Gel Spa Foot Soak comes in 3 fragrances. The soothe foot soak is lavendar and lemongrass, the cool foot soak is peppermint and menthol and the one I have is the refresh foot soak which is tea tree and grapefruit.

If you haven't heard of Gelicity before, they are a UK based skincare company, focusing heavily on bath and body products. The Gelicity gel spa foot soak helps revive your feet but soaking them in moisturising gel beads that massage the sensitive areas of the feet.

In the box is 3 sets of soak, each set contains two sachets. Step one are yellowy crystals and step two is white salt like crystals.

To activate the gel foot soak, fill a foot spa or large bowl with 4-5 litres of water and add the first batch of yellow crystals. Leave them to dissolve for two minutes and then slowly stir the water and it magically transforms into a soft, soothing gel.

Once you place your feet inside, you can gently roll them over the undissolved crystals for a massaging effect.

Once you're done, simply pour in the second batch of white crystals and the gel formula quickly switches back to water which helps rinse off any gel beads from your feet and you can remove them from the bowl.

After patting my feet dry, I immediately noticed how soft the skin had become. Any dry skin areas were much smoother. Even the colour of my feet looked much more even and healthy as the circulation improved thanks to a relaxing soak!

The Gelicity Gel Spa Foot Soak in Refresh (Tea tree and grapefruit) was so relaxing and I absolutely loved it. To top it off, you can get any of the fragrances in this range for ony £5.99 from the Gelicity website, and that gives you three foot pampering sessions!

I'm off to enjoy my pampered feet and perhaps paint my toenails!
