Well, didn't we have an eventful X Factor this weekend?!
From a stage invader to a shock exit, there was certainly enough going on that part of me almost forgot to pay attention to what everyone was wearing! Never fear though, I managed to find a few minutes in between everything going on to clock what was working and what really wasn't!
I was glad to see that everyone accessorised their outfits with a poppy. Good show, guys!
If you're new to this feature, why don't you read the rest of my X Factor fashion posts?
The might Cheryl has redeemed herself from last week when I actually found myself adding her to my worst dressed list! Let's hope it was a one time only thing.
Cheryl wowed me with both her Saturday and Sunday night outfits, but I'll start with my favourite, which was the stunning Sunday night ensemble!
This Matthew Williamson Wing Lace Embroidered Mini Dress will set you back a whopping £1,295 if you decide to make a purchase, but it definitely looks the part. I love the colour, which is Sherbert Lemon, but it also comes in a lovely Jade or Black.
The lace detail is beautiful, with little sequins and bits of bling throughout, it would make the perfect part dress.
Not only is the dress lovely, she accessorised it with £1million worth of jewellery from Vashi Dominguez of Vashi.com. Wow.
Cheryl Fernandez-Versini (again)
Yep, I did say she would be here twice! This time, for her spectacular Saturday night live show dress.
She wore a fabulous crimson red Zuhair Murad dress, which is the same designer she wore for week three of the live shows.
The fitted, one shoulder cocktail dress has a beaded lace bodice and a crimson chiffon train.
It really made her figure look ridiculously beautiful (not that it doesn't normally... I'm not bitter, honest...).
Teaming the dress with a simple pair of red shoes and a striking red lip, Cheryl look gorgeous.
Her simple ponytail just added to the glam look as well.
I bloody love Cheryl.
Fleur East is another repeat entry to my X Factor fashion round ups. She just always looks fabulous, and this week was not exception.
Fleur wowed in a stunning Emilio Pucci, floor length patterned gown with a halter neck.
She looked the epitome of glamour, and it was amazing to see her looking so glam and just standing and singing.
She's so talented, has a body to die for and is generally fabulous in every way.
Lauren Platt's style just gets better week on week.
This week, she not only looked fabualous, but gave us all some affordable inspiration by wearing this stunning Rochelle Humes Strappy Playsuit from Very.
At only £45, you can recreate Lauren's look easily and without spending an arm and a leg, although get yourself a nice jacket to go with it, I can imagine it might be pretty chilly to wear out in November!
Teaming it with her super chic, ombre waves and a simple pair of daps, Lauren kept her funky style with a glam twist and completely rocked it.
I think it's amazing to see such a young girl with amazing talent really finding her style and look as an artist. She's a little ready made popstar! #LouisWalshQuotes
Lauren Platt (again)
Okay, sometime I will stop adding duplicates to these best dressed posts, but I can't help it if one of the acts or judges wears TWO amazing outfits in one weekend.
My second fave of Lauren's outfits was the stunning red Sugar Dandy dress from Three Floor, which is £195.
The embellished collar was my favourite part of this dress, I think it just gave it a little something extra.
The cutouts on the side are also cute, taking a simple red dress into something more stand-out and unique.
Yet again, Lauren favoured her trusty, simple daps and ombre waves to finish the outfit off!
Sorry Mel, I really wasn't feeling your Sunday night dress. Cheryl definitely blew you out of the water.
I think there was too many patterns and layers and lines in different directions that I just couldn't get my eye to like the Peter Pilotto pleated graphic dress.
I do usually like Mel's fashion choices, but this week it wasn't for me.
I do feel sad that she lost one of her acts though, but Paul didn't take it very well at all, did her?
She'll have a go at Louis for that one, I bet! Can't wait for next week's drama!
Time for you to tell me what you thought? Do you agree with my fashion picks, or do you think someone else deserved to be best or worst dressed?
Let me know in the comments :)
