If you read one of my recent posts, you will know that I went to the Cocoa Brown Spring/Summer 14 product launch in London. While I was there, the lovely ladies let me know all about Cocoa Brown Tough Stuff and promised me it would remove my old tan AND give me a great base for my new tan. Sounds dreamy.
There are plenty of decent exfoliators about, but Cocoa Brown's Tough Stuff is designed as a 'no nonsense, 3 in 1 scrub that prepares your skin for tanning, removes stubborn tan and is a fabulous exfoliating body treatment.'
Currently, I am rocking a pretty patchy tan, which seems to be worse around my neck and chest area. Bloody fantastic... So let's give this bad boy a go!
Cocoa Brown's Tough Stuff gets off to a good start in my books, because it's pink! Lovely!
You can feel the exfoliating beads on your skin, but they aren't too scratchy and sore which is great. I could already see the tan coming off in the water as I exfoliated.
Let's cut to the chase. This stuff REALLY WORKS. Check my before and after pictures:
These pictures are not edited in the slightest, apart form adding the text. This is really my before and after skin colour!
I've been trying to remove this patchy tan for at least a good week with my normal exfoliators and moisturisers, but it wasn't having any of it.
On top of that, my skin feels AMAZING. It's really smooth and after moisturising, it feels even better! I couldn't resist slapping on some more tan to see if it makes a difference having my skin this smooth and soft before applying.
Cocoa Brown's Tough Stuff used to just come in a sachet, but after the sold out four months of stock in two weeks, they created a full 200ml tube so we never have to be without it, ever again!
Cocoa Brown Tough Stuff in the 200ml tube is £5.99 from FeelUnique.
If you liked this post, why don't you follow me to keep up to date?
