I tend to put most of my make up focus around my eyes and defining them with a great eyeliner and mascara is really important. Even if I am going for something more natural, I will always have some mascara and eyeliner to hand. So, to me, it's pretty important to have a decent one. Rimmel don't usually let me down. I've been a massive fan of their Retro Glam mascara for a while and finally decided to try out the Rimmel Scandaleyes Rockin' Curves Mascara!
"Rimmel's first broken heart-shaped mascara brush that curves to fit the lash line for maximum volume and a rocking London Look. Thin brush tip: grabs hard to reach lashes. Aplified base of brush: Dramatic volume and curve."
The newly formulated broken heart brush is designed to grab the tiny hairs as well as give some volume to the base of the lashes. Once I got to grips with it, it was so easy to use, but also, if you pull it the wrong way I found that it would clump.
As long as you are careful, I think the application with this brush is really simple.
I am really pleased with the finish. I think it does grab all of my lashes and gives some nice volume and a lovely shape!
What do you think about the finish?
Quality and value for money
The Rimmel Rockin' Curves mascara is £6.99 at Feel Unique. I wouldn't argue with this price. It's good value for a popular brand and the mascara itself does what it says on the tin, so where can you go wrong?!
