Primae Skincare says
"Prep and prime your delicate skin with this lightweight shine-control serum, silky yet mattifying. The grape seed blended formula offers a comforting barrier cream to soothe redness and smooth the uneven texture, perfect for applying makeup on top. Gently provides a protective second skin barrier and shields the skin against free radicals, environmental changes and chemicalised makeup. Leaves skin healthy, fresh and smoothed. Directions: Morning and night as a daily primer to prep and protect skin. Mix with liquid foundation to create a shine-control natural BB cream!"
The serum itself is lightweight and it is certainly true that a little goes a long way. Once applied, it takes a matter of seconds to soak in and doesn't leave any sticky or slippy residue.
The main ingredient in this serum is lemongrass and that is very apparent. It's bright and refreshing and certainly a far cry away from those skincare products with strong summer fruit scents that seem to be everywhere at the moment. The lemongrass is apparent, yet not overpowering and a lovely treat in the mornings!
The serum is designed for oily/combination skin, which is exactly my skin type, bar the fact I do seem to be developing a few dry areas. This serum actually helped nourish the dry areas, and neutralise the oily areas, so my complexion looked and felt much smoother and even. Overall, I would definitely say I was pleased with the way my skin looks and feels after using the Harmony Multi-Vit Smoothie Serum!
Quality and value for money
A 50ml bottle of Premae Skincare Harmony Multi-Vit Serum will set you back £22.50 from the Premae Skincare website. In all honesty, I believe a 50ml bottle will last around 2 months depending on frequency and amount per use so I would say it's a pretty value for money and worth the investment!
