Alphabet Challenge - L - London Edition of Glossybox
It's that time again lovelies, here is my September Glossybox for you to peek into! And to coincide with London Fashion Week, this one is the London Edition.
For starters, this is the nicest box I have received from Glossybox! I love the Union Jack across the front! The red tissue paper with the white sketches and the dark blue ribbon are also lovely! Props to Glossybox designers for this one!
The usual Glossybox mag has also stepped its game up this month! Rather than a leaflet, it's a real magazine, and it looks fab!
Initially, when I opened my box I was a little disappointed, but this was only because I had seen piccies of other boxes who had received HD brows sets and I would have loved one. HOWEVER, after closer inspection, I was really impressed and completely forgot about ever wanting the HD brows set!
Here are the contents of my box:
Eylure Pre-glued Lashes
I love a good pair of false lashes, but I've never tried out pre-glued lashes!
I'm actually looking forward to trying them out! I wonder if it will be any less hassle than when I try to glue them on myself! So you will have to keep an eye out for my review, which will be full of pics to see how well they do!
Usually £5.06 in stores.
Have you used Eyelure pre-glued lashes before? Or any pre-glued lashes? Let me know your thoughts!#
Toni & Guy Classic Shine & Gloss Serum
It boasts that it can control frizz with lighweight shine! Looking forward to using this one!
The packaging is limited edition by Lulu Kennedy and it is usually £7.19 for 30ml in stores.
Did you get this one in your box?
Rimmel Stay Blushed Blusher
Mine is '001:Pop of pink'; sounds good to me!!
The September Glossybox leaflet describes it as 'an impossibly light formula that won't clog pores, but will last 24 hours. Perfect for any occasion, it blend seamlessly to create a long lasting, natural-looking flush of colour. A must have for autumn/winter.'
That's a lot to live up to! I'll let you know how it gets on!
Are you a fan of liquid cheek tints, or do you prefer a traditional powder blusher?
The Rimmel Stay Blushed Blusher is usually £4.49 for 14ml
Be a Bombshell Cosmetics Onyx Eyeliner
An eyeliner has got to be pretty special to make a regular appearances to my dressing table.
This, however, will be my first eyeliner with a felt tip applicator and according to the leaflet, it's going to last me all day, no matter how hectic. Sounds like a challenge to me! Stay tuned to see how it does!
The Onyx Eye Liner is usually $14 for 3g.
What's your fave type of eyeliner? Or your least favourite?!
Elizabeth Arden - Untold fragrance
I love Elizabeth Arden, so i was chuffed to see this in my September Glossybox.
I won't reveal too much here, as my review will make an appearance somewhere in the rest of my Alphabet Challenge series (can you guess which letter?!).
Usually £8 for 50ml or £69 for 100ml at Debenhams.
You can also take your Glossybox leaflet to your nearest Debenhams and trade it in at the Elizabeth Arden counter for a FREE 100ml Elizabeth Arden Untold body lotion!
Debenhams, I am on my way!
