So 30 day squat challenge is now complete, along with a few of my own little adjustments to the scheme. If you have been keeping up with this series, then you will know that so far I am managing to lose the inches round my stomach and build them up round my bum!

My new measurements are:
Stomach: 33 inches
Bum: 35 inches
I've already improved on my original measurements, so I want to keep going and make sure I am toned and looking lovely! My holiday is booked for the 4th of July, so that gives me the whole of June to get working out!
I have devised myself a little workout plan to follow in June, and I hope you will join me! It's pretty intense, but i am really motivated at the moment! Let's see how I feel in a couple of weeks time!
