Quest to the perfect beach body #3

If you’re good at maths and have been following my previous posts, you will have worked out that I am at the end of my 30 day squat challenge (maybe a couple of days late, as I added a few of my own little extras, thrown in just for fun!).

I was delighted when I’d reached the end, but then I realised there is only 8 days left until the end of May, so why don’t I just keep going until then?!

That’s motivation for you!

I have drawn myself a little chart of activities for the next few days so I can keep track of what I am supposed to be doing:

So as you can see, I am sticking to my previous regime and increasing the reps of squats every day, but sticking with the reps of my other exercises as I feel this will be enough for now.

Just over 2 weeks ago, I posted up some measurements, so let’s see if the past two weeks have made any difference! Remember, my aim is to lose inches from my tummy and add inches to my bum!

Stomach - Was: 34 inches. Now: 33 inches
Bum –  Was: 33 inches . Now : 34.5 inches

Let’s get these 8 days done and take a closer look at some before and after pics to see if it is noticeable!
